This delightful thatched duplex townhouse is privately set apart on a working guesthouse property. It's ideal for a professional couple who want a home from home short or long term place to work and travel from. It has its own private entrance and garden, comes fully furnished, with a delightful living/dining kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms, both en suite upstairs. Security is good with double gates, alarm, armed response, cameras and electric fencing. We have our own borehole so water is never a problem. Solar and an invertor prides back energy. Guests are welcome to enjoy the guesthouse garden, pool and braai facilities. The Townhouse is serviced once a week but additional cleaning can be arranged. Highspeed fibre wiFi is provided with Netflx and Utube connectivity.
